公司采用硅氫氯化法生產三氯氫硅,自主設計并成功建設國內成規模的“三氯氫硅加壓合成系統”,三氯氫硅合成采用常壓法合成工藝,自主設計三氯氫硅反應沸騰床,使三氯氫硅轉化率處于行業較為領先水平。原料消耗及能耗指標相對較低,生產過程中的副產品可循環利用,具有清潔生產環境友好的特點。公司在傳統的工藝基礎上不斷進行完善,目前已基本實現了物料的閉路循環,提高了三氯氫硅的轉化率及設備運行的安全性。

   We use “silicon - hydrogen chloride” method to produce trichlorosilane and has constructed the large-scale “trichlorosilane synthesis pressurization system” in China by independent design, which changed the atmospheric synthesis process commonly used. We have also independently designed trichlorosilane boiling bed reactor, putting trichlorosilane conversion rate ahead of industry-leading level. The low consumption of raw materials and energy makes it available to recycle the byproducts generated in production process, which is clean and environment-friendly. We have continuously improved the traditional production process so that closed cycle of materials has been basically achieved, which improves the conversion rate of trichlorosilane and the safety of equipment.
